RECPDCL and BHEL Join Forces for Renewable Energy Projects

RECPDCL, a subsidiary of REC Limited, has inked an MoU with BHEL to collaborate on utility-scale Renewable Energy Projects nationwide. The agreement aims to bolster the nation’s clean energy objectives via a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Leveraging BHEL’s engineering prowess and REC Limited’s infrastructure investment expertise, the SPV will initially target the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment, with a capacity of 1 GW slated for expansion.
