ACME Solar Holdings Private Limited

ACME Hybrid Urja is a subsidiary of ACME Solar, has obtained long-term financing of Rs. 3,184 crore from REC for its 280 MW Firm & Dispatchable Renewable Energy project contracted with NHPC. The 18-year loan supports a solar-plus-battery project with a 25-year PPA at Rs. 4.64/unit, ensuring a minimum 40% annual CUF and 90% monthly peak availability.
