Gudur Minerals has applied for renewal of its quarry lease for mica, quartz, and feldspar mining over 10.117 hectares (25 acres) at Molakalapundla village, Sydapuram mandal, SPSR Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves semi-mechanized open-cast mining with an average annual production of 1,50,454 TPA (mica 10,305 TPA, quartz 1,03,051 TPA, feldspar 37,098 TPA).
