Environmental clearance is sought for the development of a 558.95-hectare industrial estate within the Khushkhera–Bhiwadi–Neemrana Investment Region (KBNIR). Earlier EC was granted for 16,562 ha under F.No. 21-18/2011-IA.III dated 13 October 2014. The project area has been rationalized to 558.95 ha to align with realistic land availability and industrial demand in the Bhiwadi–Neemrana–Behror corridor.
