Cauvery Neeravari Nigam plans to implement re-modelling of the Periyapatna lift irrigation canal in Karnataka under the Harangi Reservoir project. The work spans 52.2 km from chainage 0.000 to 52.200 and includes clearing, demolition of structures, desilting, excavation, and canal strengthening. The project aims to enhance irrigation efficiency and water distribution in agricultural areas, and bids have been invited.
