Aerotropolis Project is Coming Up in Mohali
Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA)
The Punjab government is planning a significant urban expansion through the Aerotropolis project in Mohali, a major Rs. 509 crore township near the Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport that will feature 8,600 residential plots along with commercial and institutional zones. To advance this, the government has initiated a social impact assessment for acquiring 3,553 acres, while GMADA has already floated tenders for development works in Blocks B, C, and D.
