The project involves redevelopment of commercial and residential buildings. The total construction area is 31,965.46 sq. m, comprising 17,596.92 sq. m of FSI area and 14,368.54 sq. m of non-FSI area. Building 1 includes Wing A (commercial) with ground plus seven upper floors and Wing B (residential) with stilt, podium, E-deck, and upper floors up to part 30th floor. Building 2 comprises residential use with stilt, podium, E-deck, and upper floors up to the 23rd floor.
