Prime Minister inaugurates Dwarka Expressway and UER-II in NCR

PM Narendra Modi inaugurates the 76-km Urban Extension Road-II and 29-km Dwarka Expressway on 17 August 2025, easing congestion in the National Capital Region. The access-controlled corridors connect Delhi, Gurugram, and Jaipur with uninterrupted travel, featuring eight-lane expressways, service roads, multi-level interchanges, and underpasses. UER-II spans 54.2 km in Delhi and 21.5 km in Haryana, while Dwarka Expressway was completed in four packages for Rs 9,000 crore, significantly enhancing regional mobility and connectivity.
