Optiemus and Ordinary Theory Form JV for Smart Hardware

Optiemus Infracom has partnered with US-based Ordinary Theory to establish a joint venture focused on manufacturing and marketing smart enterprise hardware. The collaboration will produce payment, logistics, and AI-based devices under the Make in India initiative. Optiemus will hold a majority stake and use its local facilities for production.
