Bandra Bay Project to Feature Rs. 1-Lakh-Crore Waterfront Hub

Maharashtra’s IT and Cultural Affairs Department announced a Rs. 1-lakh-crore transformation of Bandra Reclamation into a luxury waterfront destination. The “Bandra Bay” project will feature residential and retail zones spanning eight million sq. ft. and a new marina within two years. The development also includes a Rs. 1,000-crore wastewater treatment plant with a six-acre garden deck, ensuring environmental protection and promoting Bandra as Mumbai’s premium coastal district.
