Ashwin Sheth Group is entering the Bengaluru real estate market with a mixed-use development planned on Bannerghatta Road in South Bengaluru. The project will comprise two towers—one residential high-rise with 29 floors and one commercial office tower—within an integrated campus. The development is strategically located with connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and key employment hubs, targeting both residential and business occupiers.
