Jharkhand advances Metro rail planning in three cities

The Jharkhand government is progressing preparatory work for Metro rail projects in Ranchi, Dhanbad, and Jamshedpur. In Ranchi, in-principle central approval has been received and DPR preparation is underway for a proposed 51.3-km network across three corridors, with similar feasibility studies initiated in the other two cities.
