Railways to redevelop 1,337 stations under scheme

Indian Railways is redeveloping 1,337 stations nationwide under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. The project focuses on modernising infrastructure and improving passenger amenities, with around 200 stations targeted for completion by 2026. The initiative aims to upgrade railway infrastructure while preserving regional architectural identity.
