Railways plans gauge conversion for Pathankot–Joginder Nagar line

Ministry of Railways has initiated DPR survey for converting the 200 km Pathankot–Joginder Nagar narrow gauge line to broad gauge. The project includes structural strengthening and infrastructure upgrades to enhance connectivity and operational efficiency on the route.
