STJ Estates has proposed the commercial project STJ Forum at Commercial Chunk Site 1, Block F, Aerocity, SAS Nagar, Punjab. The project will include 77 SCOs, 5 restaurants, 50 food court units and 225 office spaces over a land area of 32,390.48 sq m with a permissible built up area of 154,461.69 sq m. The proposal is under appraisal for environmental clearance.
