An integrated urban development project valued at Rs. 2200 crore has been announced in Ghaziabad featuring an international cricket stadium and an Aerocity township. The stadium will be built on 37 acres with seating for 30000 spectators, while the 380 acre Aerocity will include commercial complexes, hotels, and business infrastructure.
