Limestone Mining Project at Lum Syrman Block A

Shree Cement has proposed development of the Lum Syrman Limestone Block-A mining project covering 217.394 ha at Village Lum Syrman, Elaka Nongkhlieh, Block Saipung C&RD, District East Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. The project will have limestone production capacity of 6.0 million TPA along with shale extraction of 1.25 million TPA and installation of a 1,200 TPH primary crusher and 400 TPH secondary crusher. Environmental clearance is sought for the mining project.
