Agrasen Sponge has proposed an expansion of its existing operations at Mandiakudar, P.O. Chungimati, Tehsil Rajgangpur, District Sundergarh, Odisha. The project aims to expand the production capacity across several sectors, including Iron Ore Pellet production (from 60,000 TPA to 6,00,000 TPA), Sponge Iron (to 2,97,000 TPA), Billets (66,000 TPA), and Rolled Products (1,32,000 TPA). Additionally, the company plans to set up a 40 MW Captive Power Plant (WHRB– 20 MW & CFBC– 20 MW) and a Ferro Alloys Plant for Silico Manganese (30,000 TPA) or Ferro Manganese (40,000 TPA).
