Andhra Pradesh CRDA has proposed Rs. 81,317 crore for developing Amaravati as a greenfield capital, with Rs. 50,552 crore already tendered. Construction is underway on 74 projects covering housing, public buildings, roads, flood control, and core infrastructure. Key focus areas include Sport City, tourism facilities, airport infrastructure, biotech, healthcare, EV adoption, and air quality monitoring, aiming to shape Amaravati as a modern capital hub.
