Amazon Data Services India is constructing a Data Center project at Hyderabad Pharma City Industrial Area, Meerkhanpet Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The project spans 1,94,289.58 sq.m of land with a total built-up area of 32,379.22 sq.m. It includes two main buildings with ancillary facilities, modular mechanical rooms, substations, guard rooms, and utility buildings like OWC, STP, HSD tank, and water tanks. The completion is targeted by December 2028.
