Amendment in Environmental Clearance (EC) is sought for the 3×660 MW Super-Critical Technology Coal-Based Nabinagar Thermal Power Plant. The plant, located in Bihar, is being developed by Nabinagar Power Generating Company Limited (NPGCL), a joint venture between NTPC and Bihar State Power Generating Company Limited (BSPGCL).
