ANDRITZ Wins Equipment Contract for Saidongar Karjat Pumped Storage Project

ANDRITZ Hydro Private Limited

ANDRITZ has secured a contract from Torrent Energy Storage Solutions to supply ten reversible pump turbines and motor generators for the 3000 MW Saidongar 1 Karjat project in Maharashtra. The plant is expected to generate 6241 GWh annually and reduce carbon emissions by 4.55 million tonnes per year.
