API and Mineral Salts Capacity Expansion at Hosur

An expansion has been proposed for a pharmaceutical bulk drugs, chemicals and API manufacturing facility involving increase in API capacity from 760 TPA to 960 TPA and mineral salts capacity from 5,871 TPA to 6,871 TPA, with no change in the existing 1 TPA R&D facility. The project is located over a total land area of 3.578 ha within a notified industrial complex at SIPCOT Industrial Complex and SIDCO Industrial Estate, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu, and forms part of an environmental clearance proposal.
