Ascott plans to double its India portfolio to 12,000 keys by 2028, targeting growing domestic tourism and a demand-supply gap in branded hotel accommodations. Recently, the company signed agreements for three new properties in Goa, Lucknow, and Thanjavur, adding 600 keys. Ascott currently operates 7 serviced apartments across India, with future expansion plans targeting both tier-I and tier-II/III cities.
