TTDC Plans Renovation of Tiruchy Hotel

Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation

Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation has proposed a renovation of the hotel near Tiruchy International Airport that came under its control in October 2025 after lease expiry with SRM Group. The plan includes refurbishment of rooms, restaurant and bar facilities, addition of new rooms, and development of conference halls. The existing property has 110 rooms, with capacity planned to increase to about 200 rooms after phased renovation.
