BPCL to Set Up CBG Plant in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh
Bharat Petroleum Corporation LImited (BPCL)
BPCL has signed a tripartite agreement with Bilaspur Municipal Corporation and CBDA to develop a compressed biogas (CBG) plant in Bilaspur under the CBG-CGD Synchronisation Scheme. The plant will be built on 10 acres in Kachhar, with a capacity to process 150 TPD of municipal solid waste and generate 5–10 TPD of biogas. BPCL plans to invest around ?100 crore in the project.
