BPTP Plans Expansion of Group Housing in Gurugram

BPTP has proposed the revision and expansion of its group housing project at Village Medhawas, Sectors 66 and 67, Gurugram, Haryana. The earlier project had environmental clearance for a built-up area of 95,095.97 sq.m. The revised plan includes an additional 3.45 acres, bringing the total licensed land to 14.518 acres. Post-expansion, the total built-up area will increase to 2,43,322.53 sq.m. The project is pending fresh environmental clearance for the revised scope.
