Bulk Drug Park Project Ongoing Progress in Jambusar

Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC)

A Bulk Drug Park is being developed in Jambusar, Bharuch district, Gujarat, under the Central Government’s Bulk Drug Park Policy of 2020. The park spans 2,015 acres and is estimated to cost Rs. 3,920 crore, including Rs. 550 crore earmarked for common infrastructure. Key shared facilities will include a CETP, solvent recovery systems, stormwater drainage, solid waste management, research labs, training centres, safety audit units, and utilities such as steam and testing laboratories to support pharmaceutical manufacturing.
