Capital Region Ring Road (Kuspangi Tangi Section) Development

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)

NHAI plans to develop the KuspangiTangi section of the Capital Region Ring Road in Odisha under HAM mode, spanning 40 km. Land requirement includes 234.9 Ha, with 64 Ha available and 170.9 Ha to be acquired; acquisition progress stands at 3A 100%, 3D 100%, 3G 94%, 3H 0%. Environmental clearance is completed, and Forest clearance is pending REC and Stage-I approvals after proposal submission and site visit. Railway clearance is progressing with concept plan, site visit, and GAD submission completed. Wildlife clearance is in progress with feasibility and WIA reports submitted; NBWL proposal and presentation are pending. Waterway clearance is completed.
