The project covers a plot area of 7,100 sq.m (7/12 record) and 6,940.50 sq.m (site), with 2,708 sq.m deducted, resulting in a net plot area of 4,232.50 sq.m. The proposal includes 34,820.67 sq.m FSI area, 19,077.18 sq.m non-FSI area, and a total construction BUA of 53,897.85 sq.m.
