Dalmia Cement to Procure 10 MW Solar Power from Tamil Nadu Project

Dalmia Cement Bharat (DCBL) will procure 10 MW of power from Kilavikulam Rajalakshmi Solar Power Developer’s captive solar project in Tamil Nadu. The company will acquire a 34.52% stake, amounting to three million equity shares at ?10 per share, totaling ?30 million. The 10 MW solar project, developed as a special purpose vehicle, is expected to be completed within two months.
