De Heus India Opens USD 17 Million Animal Feed Plant in Punjab

De Heus India, part of De Heus Animal Nutrition, has inaugurated a new animal feed factory in Rajpura, Punjab, with an investment of USD 17 million. The facility has a production capacity of 1,80,000 tonne per year, expandable to 2,40,000 tonne, and includes separate lines for cattle, poultry, and pig feed. The plant uses European automation technology to enhance feed quality. The project is expected to create over 300 direct jobs and support regional agribusinesses through domestic sourcing.
