NHAI plans to develop the Aerocity RoadRamgarh (Zirakpur Bypass) stretch in Punjab under HAM mode, spanning 19 km. Land requirement is 47 Ha, with none available and the full area to be acquired. Acquisition progress stands at 3A 100%, 3D 98%, 3G 98%, 3H 85%. Forest and Railway clearances are completed, Environmental and Wildlife clearances are not required, and Waterway clearance is also not required.
