Development of Bhubaneswar Ring Road (Gobindpur to Bilipada Section)

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)

NHAI plans to undertake the GobindpurBilipada section of the Bhubaneswar Capital Region Ring Road under HAM mode, covering 30 km in Odisha. The project requires 195.7 Ha, with 59.2 Ha available and 136.6 Ha to be acquired, with progress at 3A 100%, 3D 100%, 3G 93%, 3H 0%. Environmental and Railway clearances are completed. Forest clearance is progressing with proposal submission and site visit done, REC and Stage-I approvals pending. Wildlife clearance is not required, and Waterway clearance is completed.
