Environmental clearance is sought for the proposed development of a Combined Classroom and Library building, Girls and Boys hostel buildings, and an Amphitheatre/Open Air Theatre on Plot No. 0001, Sector 34, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The plot falls partly in various CRZ areas and partly in non-CRZ areas as per the final approved CZMP of CRZ Notification, 2019, and hence is subject to the provisions of the CRZ Notification, 2019.
