Elan Group Plans Ultra-Luxury Housing in Gurugram

Elan Group has announced an investment of nearly ?1,600 crore for development of an ultra-luxury residential project named “Elan The Statement” in Sector 49, Gurugram. Spread over approximately six acres, the first phase will comprise 230 four-bedroom residences with unit sizes ranging from 4,300 to 4,500 sq. ft. The project will feature premium specifications, private lift lobbies, and integrated lifestyle amenities, with architectural design led by a London-based firm.
