Epic Energy and Fenfeo Automotive to Establish EV Charger Manufacturing Unit in Coimbatore

Epic Energy Limited has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Fenfeo Automotive Private Limited to establish an electric vehicle charger manufacturing unit in Coimbatore, with an initial capacity of 15,000 chargers per year. The Joint Venture Company will be owned 76% by Epic Energy and 24% by Fenfeo. The agreement also includes plans to expand the capacity at multiple locations across India based on market demand.
