An expansion of the existing commercial complex GR Corporate Tower is proposed at Plot No. 7B, Sector-18, Maruti Industrial Complex, Gurugram, Haryana. The total plot area is 9,726.17 sq. m. The expansion involves addition of one floor comprising office spaces, taking the gross built-up area from 38,819 sq. m to 39,777.95 sq. m, with an additional 3,810.979 sq. m now proposed. The proposal is submitted for environmental clearance.
