NLC India Limited (NLCIL)
The foundation stone for a 300 MW solar power plant was laid virtually in Rajasthan. NLC India Limited is spearheading this project with an investment exceeding Rs 1,756 crore to facilitate affordable power supply to government entities. The project is slated for commissioning in September 2024. Electricity generated by the plant will be transmitted through the existing power lines of the Barsingsar Thermal Power Station, aiming to produce an impressive 750 million units of green power annually.
