Goa Lays Foundation For Four Major Tourism And Cultural Projects

Foundation stones were laid for four infrastructure projects in Goa comprising a Town Square at Porvorim, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Museum at Farmagudi, PM Ekta Mall at Chimbel (Rs. 200 crore), and an eco-tourism development at Harvalem. Project scopes include urban plaza construction, museum building works and exhibition-fitouts, mall construction with retail and vendor spaces, and eco-trail and conservation infrastructure. Deliverables cover structural works, MEP systems, landscaping, access roads, parking, and vendor incubation facilities under defined project timelines and procurement processes to develop year-round tourism and local enterprise support infrastructure.
