Greater Noida to Host 300 TPD Compressed Biogas Plant

Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority plans to set up a 300 TPD compressed biogas (CBG) plant at Astauli, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The facility will process municipal biodegradable waste into renewable CBG, reducing landfill dependence and greenhouse gas emissions. Advanced segregation, digestion, and gas purification technology will produce fuel-grade bio-gas for industrial and commercial use. Bids were recently invited.
