Greenbase Industrial & Logistics Park, a Hiranandani-Blackstone joint venture, is finalizing the acquisition of 55 acres adjacent to its existing property in Hiranandani Parks, Oragadam near Chennai in Tamil Nadu. The project involves a total investment of Rs.425 crore, including an estimated Rs.110 crore for land cost.
