Greenfield Steel Plant Project with Varied Production Capabilities in Raipur

A new greenfield steel plant project is in progress at Nakti Khapri Village, introducing a range of facilities for steel production. Key components include DRI Kilns with a capacity of 132,000 TPA, an Induction Furnace equipped with Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) and Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) for producing Hot Billets, MS Billets, and Ingots amounting to 165,000 TPA. Additionally, a Strip Mill will be established for strip production, utilizing both Hot Billets and Recycled Hot Furnace (RHF) with Producer Gas/Coal Pulveriser as fuel, targeting 165,000 TPA output. The project also entails a Submerged Electric Arc Furnace for various alloy productions, WHRB and FBC based Power Plants, a Brick Manufacturing unit, and a Briquetting Plant.
