Gujarat Govt. Approves ?145 Crore for Saraswati River Bridge

The Gujarat Government has approved ?145 crore for constructing a four-lane bridge over the Saraswati River in Sidhpur taluka, Patan district, along the Mehsana-Unjha-Sidhpur-Palanpur State Highway. This project is part of the state’s efforts to transform key roads into high-speed corridors, enhancing Gujarat’s road infrastructure. The new four-lane bridge will replace the outdated two-lane bridge, originally built in 1959, to accommodate increasing traffic and improve connectivity.
