Pacifica India Projects is seeking Terms of Reference for expansion of its multistoried residential and commercial project named Hill Crest located at Puppalaguda Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana.The proposed expansion and amendment involve revision of project specifications, including reduction of the site area to 109,084.70 sq. m from 133,870.00 sq. m, increase in the number of residential units from 4,456 units to 4,939 units, and enhancement of the total built-up area to 1,324,565.63 sq. m.
