Indore Smart City Board Approves Infrastructure Works and DBFOS Monetisation

Indore Smart City Development Limited has approved key infrastructure and electrical development works for the MOG Lines Land Parcel-1 area near Mhow Naka. The project includes road construction, water supply systems, sewer networks, a 33/11 KV AIS sub-station, and underground cabling under the state’s re-densification policy. The board also cleared a DBFOS model to develop and monetise remaining blocks of Parcel-1 and 68,510 square metres of MOG Lines Land Parcel-2 with a fixed reserve price of nearly ?452 crore for a climate-responsive township project.
