Infopark Kochi third phase to adopt land-pooling model

The Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA) will initiate land identification for Infopark Kochis third-phase expansion through a land-pooling scheme. About 300 acres are to be earmarked, with 30 percent allocated for commercial, industrial, and housing development, and the rest returned to landowners. GCDA, designated as the authority under Keralas Town and Country Planning Act, becomes the states first local body to implement land-pooling for a major project.
