Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserve Limited is assessing bids from domestic firms for the second phase of India’s strategic petroleum reserve (SPR) at Padur, Karnataka. ISPRL is also negotiating with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) to renew the lease for a cavern in the Mangalore SPR facility, set to expire in May 2025.
