Jammu Railway Station revamp progressing under Amrit Bharat Station Scheme

The ?450 crore redevelopment of Jammu Railway Station under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme is progressing rapidly. The project will enhance passenger amenities with a new temple-themed design, an additional entrance from the Narwal side, and the expansion of platforms from three to seven. The revamp also includes yard remodeling and ultra-modern facilities to accommodate the stations daily footfall of 30,000 to 40,000 passengers.
