Jabalpur Development Authority has sought environmental clearance for area development under Scheme No. 64 and 65. The proposal includes 91.24 hectares in Mohania, Bahdan, and Simariya for industrial and residential use, and 95.16 hectares in Basha, Mohania, and Kachnari for residential development. The project spans villages Mohania, Bahdan, Simariya, Basha, Gadha, and Kachnari in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
